There are definitely some best practice repeatable elements of the discipline of content strategy from one organization to another. The foundation of our work, especially on websites, at least for me, always begins with an inventory and audit. And then we're also looking beyond launch or beyond updating. We also want to make sure that we're measuring the effectiveness of that content.
