I think the big thing is starting to view your relationship with your body as a two-way conversation so everyone's body is speaking to them and like what you were saying earlier it's a little bit different. Learning the language of your body like you get tired or for those people who who menstruate you might realize I'm literally about to start my period tomorrow so like my body is very tired right now I need to take things a lot more slowly than I might at different parts of the month.
