The Supreme Court's Decision on the FTC's Constitutionality

The Supreme Court has denied cert on a number of cases, including the taser and proxy voting case. The FTC brought an antitrust suit against them; they said, yeah, but we think you're unconstitutional. McCarthy suing Pelosi because Pelosi changed the rules so that members of Congress can vote by proxy. This would have been a non-starter entirely if it were just the House rules.
