Is Puss 20 Concepts a New Concept?

concepts are something that exists outside of c plus 20. They allow you to define a restriction on a type where you can list sets of constraints. Anda, my understanding of te of the concepts in seplus plus 20 is this is the concepts light and not the more complicated concepts that they are going to do. It's certainly a step in the right direction but i would disagree with some details he had about it. In particular, there's actually an ordering system for all kinds of relationships which could be totally different from each other. So perhaps there's no reason why we shouldn't use puss20 instead of ceplus plus 20 as our standard library.
