Movie Review - Harry Dean Stanton
Cormac McCarthy's True Grit is a great true grit and it really comes across from that old prospector. The dialogue up until that has been fantastic I mean one of the things that's so great about the film is this opening and closing section with Harry Dean Stanton you don't even realize what him and Harry Dean Stanton are talking about at least half the time in that opening 20 minutes they know what they're talking about. It just sounds so fucking authentic yeah and it's also what's great about it is it's the emergence of Harry Dean Stanton as a great actor that he will be because he has been in other things before but he finds himself in this movie and from this
