The Importance of Community in the Face of Pressures
There's no one answer right there's no easy answer here but I did appreciate it. It talks about the need to support healthcare workers who face a lot of these pressures and just the difficulty of caring for patients. And this is certainly difficult in the face of other pressures that are working against this. How do we cultivate that sense of the intrinsic worth? At least please just start, certainly, like we said there are a few different errors going on here but we need to start with that.
