The Misconceptions About Special Operations
The biggest misconception in special operations is the idea that everybody does unilateral or by themselves direct action raids and all the things in that green berets just train people. And certainly that's the case, but it's by with and through, which means you're there the entire process. The idea for an internal defense is the access and placement to do all the other things that you do. That's the trade craft, the spy craft, whatever you want to call it.
