Al salvador is a developing country. Half of its people live in the countryside, and many don't have electricity or running water. 70 % of them don't even have bank accounts. Up until now, the country's only currency has been the us Dollar. The law that essentially change the monetary system for six million people took less than a sucker match to approve. It hasn't actually helped regular people much at all.
