"I don't travel to London often. I could imagine going again in the next five years, but I'll probably go back to the same hotel and that may not be the best thing," she says. "This opportunity to rely on somebody else's expertise is really pretty fantastic." She adds: "It's just so easy to, to, um, to dive in and drown if somebody put it".
