i think using edward millss is commonplace because he's well known for a land economist. You can never trust just one article entirely by itself. And i know that the centre for property tax reform is soon, by that, i mean in weeks, if not days, releasing an assessment survey. After having talked to assessors in cities all over the country, all i all i'm helping with is the proof, proof writing proovingwe will be very interested in seeing what that has to say.
