Uda found that there was no relation between the two for when it came into combat. He spent a lot of time working with people who had been in the Dvarmacht during World War II. If you can get within the enemy's decision loop meaning that you're able to make decisions faster and act on those decisions faster than the enemy, you can now maneuver the enemy all day long.
