The Platform Mentality Is Now Colliding With Institutions

Institutions are groups of people who come together to focus their effort towards a goal of flourishing. When we join an institution and commit to it, it shapes us to become the kind of person which achieves its goals. This is truest in the institution that God chooses to birth and partner with the church. We now have institutions that simply platforms to elevate us and our individual agenda with little regard for the institution. The platform mentality is now colliding with institutions.
