The Inlaid Gold Sword

In the purse there was a large collection of gold coins, all of them frankish. Each coin had been struck in a different mint somewhere in the frankish empire. A sword with jewelled handle and pommel is elaborately inlaid with garnets and other precious stones. The last object to be recognized is probably the most famous and iconic.
