Sometimes consuming something that at least seems easily digestible, like yogurt or something in a liquid form, is better for me than if I eat a meal. We tend to think about when you take your first bite of food and then when you takeyour last bite of food, but it's actually not just a grammatical semantic issue. So if someone were to select a feeding window, regardless of whether or not it falls into classic intermittent fasting time or restricted feeding, sounds like eating more or less the same time each day has benefits.
