Using Frog Legs to Produce Electricity

Two italian scientists had a feud over whether animals could make electricity. Galvani claimed that he was doing experiments witha putting frog legs on hooks and getting them to move in various ways. But volta, who later discovered the electro chemical battery, said no they couldn't. He realized galvani had an artefect in the artifect because valta knew if you put two dissimilar metals togetheryou will get a flow of electricity.
