There is really no one sized, fitzall planning process. Oftentimes, like its best if this comes in the form of centralized metrics. The more people that have to get into the kitchen to do the work, just and the more co ordination overhead required, just the less productive organizations are. One of the things i like to advocate for a lot is starting toi build the team units into their own discreet functions. And then reporting out as kind of thes these groupings.
