I think for a lot of people, the notion of clarifying their values and life purpose seems totally overwhelming. I believe you learn more from your challenges, your crucibles that I call them, than you do from your successes. If you feel like you never had the love of a parent or you didn't really understand why your parents got divorced, whatever these pains are, you were sick as a child. So what are those hurts? What are those core hurts that you have? Deal with them. Talk to people about them. Get them out. Hey, everyone else. Everyone has that.
