The Wisdom of Crowds

A lot of times it can be difficult to hear things that we need to improve on, or some one tells us something that we're really good at. So i'm curious about this, bu i think it's really a, it might also be a habit of cultivating feedback rat. A phenomenon called the wisdom of crowds comes from an old event in spain where they there's a bull fighting match. The average guess was correct to within one pound.
