How do you know which, how to go about getting a mentor? I've used to do it in a couple of workplaces. So usually there's like, sometimes they'll have it online or sometimes there's a meetingYou're showing interest in having a mentor and then you get your name put into their group. And even if that first person they match you up with doesn't work well, they can rematch you again.
