On the left, I think that there's a lot of agreement, but I think there's some ways I break with progressive arguments as well. A study shows that liberal homeowners are less likely to vote on an affordable housing project than conservative renters. So it suggests that maybe we're not so polarized after all, you know, maybe above a certain income level, we're all segregationists. You just one more quick thing: Do you think affluent elite are pulling up the ladder? Yes. And allowing their progressive values to stop where their neighborhood begins.
