Succininylcholine and Hypotension
I generally use propofol in these patients along with some fentanyl and lidocaine. I typically layer on top of that an anti-heperotensive medication, usually a solid dose of esmalol and or esmalol. Andor and icardopene based on my perception of how the patient is going to react. But I would advocate it in basically all circumstances.
