The Future of Teaching

We're losing teachers at the highest rate we've ever lost them. We have got not enough teachers to teach the children. Like we are at breaking point. So what we need to do is find ways to enhance the user data, enhance the learning experience and marketing. But fundamentally, it's about not just delivering curriculum. It's almost like you deliver food, delivery, that's the nonsense thing. And our good friend Bob Harrison regularly talks about this idea about, it's not about delivery, delivery of lessons or delivery of learning. He's still going to take humans.
