The Council of Cardinals
Hundreds of bishops and cardinals from all over the world had descended on Rome. There would be a lot of spontaneous conversations, so it was quite an experience to be exposed to these different nationalities. The council ran until December 1965. Students were able to follow the council because some of our professors were consultants for the various commissions.
