The old catalogue company are a perfect and brilliant example of this in action. They don't do big brand campaigns ad campaigns they communicate the values in their brand very very differently. It's a model that works really really well for them and it works in this world we're describing could anyone else do that well? There aren't any universal rules you need to take your context understand your context and then you can look at okay so what are the things we can do the stuff that is universal at least from our findings is the cost gravity.
