The Importance of Optimism
I'm pretty sure if I were a supervillain with my current resources, I'd have a solid shot, more than 2%, of killing millions of people. The hard part wouldn't even be executing the deadly parts of the villainous plans. Here it would be avoiding detection until it was too late. If this seems insane or outside the realm of possibility to you, you may be unaware of how fragile our situation actually is.
