Laura Ling: This is the old indictment of a ham sandwich adage. The only thing is, John's right about the minimum number of people. But if you have like 12 out of 23 who are willing to go for it on a charge, that's not a home run. How harder to break through is almost kinder to harder breakthrough if he does get it. Yes, because he will be a martyr. This will be a political stimulus plan for Donald Trump. If he's indicted over and think about the nature of the offenses, we're talking about the rule of law.
