Is There a Reopening of the Chinese Economy?

China is outperforming other equity markets. We see a bounce back in the price of some commodities, most notably for example copper and other base metals as a consequence of this reopening play in China. But I have my doubts on whether this is just a straightforward conclusion to make. If I'm right that the Chinese economy will face a short-term setback before a grand reopening during the spring from an economic perspective. That is also a game changer for the Federal Reserve outlook, even though we've had hawkish remarks from most of the central bank members speaking this week.
