Rory Dames is a longtime Chicago area coach, not just for the Red Stars. He got his start in the youth system and he owns a club there. As far as I'm aware, he still owns the club. It might be changing, but I don't think the club is exactly publicizing it. There are multiple allegations at the Red Stars over the years of him being verbally abusive for asking players and then even having inappropriate relationships with players.
