By the middle of april, there were just a few pockets of resistance left in mariapole. And one main one was the giant steel works at azovstal. Despite being completely outnumbered, they continued to hold out here. For now, the soldiers owe their survival to the gigantic network of underground tunnels where they have sheltered for several weeks.
