Is There a Presumption of Advantage?
The i o cs document really boils down to no presumption of advantage. And you have to assist every athlete individually, which can only be argued if you start from a position where this overlap. So therefore why can't we let some biological males into woman's sport? I think it's notdamatic. If if you are a male who is not transe, who might feel that you can comfortably play with females and not pose a risk then why would you then be excluded from those sports?
