Building Self Discipline
Chaco: All you would need to do is make small deprivations on yourself. So I usually put three sugars in my coffee. I'm going to start doing two next week. You get the discipline, you get a habit, and then that discipline gets more plentiful. But if you try to do it all at once, you feel so awful that you give up because you don't care anymore. Your brain just wants that dopamine hit or an extra hour of sleep.
