Is It Unethical to Encourage People to Cope With Depression?
As a therapist, I would almost go so far as to say it's kind of unethical as me as a therapist to imply or tell my clients that if they have anxiety. There are very clearly real environmental effects and we can't just ignore those because they're complicated or hard,. And the internal stuff seems more doable.
