The industry could sort of relearn from baseball there's a great book out there called the extra two %. Unconventionality is cool when it works, i think there's just so many people have a fear of doing something unconventional. I remember going to speak about my favourite subject myself, back when i used to row, and there was a transition away from wooden boats into carbon fibre and fiber glass boats. And they just suddenly knoe. You showed off the plas bote, people thought you were crazy, and then you started winning all the races.
