There's this term pill shaming now. As if if you turn to pills and somebody questions their efficacy or your willingness to do so then you know these comments or this discussion today is pill shaming. And boy that's really dangerous in society because in science we have to consistently evolve. So when I was seeing this in the mental health system I'm getting more and more people where their first line of intervention was multiple medications. It's not going to solve the problem. That is at best going to do nothing. At worst it's going to create some debilitating side effects than another pill than another pill.
