Napoleon, the Last Great One?

Napoleon was not a tyrant in any modern sense of that term. He's certainly ruthless when he executes 3,000 prisoners of war at Jaffa. And you know, he is the last spasm of French domination of Europe. That's what they were trying to do for two or two years. And Napoleon is the last great one. It led to the most glorious English victories over France.
