I Think the Chinese State Approaches the Problems in a Different Way Than We Do in North America

How do you introduce the concept of climate leviathan to people who are less buried in this than you area? That would be my on it right now. And i think hat this idea that, you know, joe and i tried to float about, capital taking over and trying to basically maintain itself at the top of the hierarchy m  and no basically allowable planet to break down.
