The First Amendment Isn't a Barring of the First Amendment

I don't believe for a second, that the goal was a defulgeo. Everything would have led to a trial if alex had co operated and done his piece of it. It's like them rattling ouf about the first amendment thing, right? What he's talking about is at the beginning of a trial, you're allowed to ask the court to say that certain matters and certain arguments shouldn't be allowed to be advanced. Of course, he can't talk about the first Amendment at try. Is ats loing to be his whole plan. But i was already prepared to do without all that. The fast amendment has been turned off.
