A client spent almost a million dollars developing an e-commerce site that wasn't even close to being launched. "I came in and I'm like, I'm going to help you get this thing launched," he says of the project. But as we started getting into the process, 'he was just really hesitant on making a lot of decisions' He calls himself a perfectionist but doesn't want to face reality because it might not be as good as he thinks it should be.
