What Kind of Responsibility Does a Leader Have to Those Employees Who Hold Untruthful Beliefs?
San Francisco is the most politically lopsided metro area in the united states, but even here, 13 % of the votes go to republican candidates. So what kind of responsibility does a leader have to those employees who hold beliefs that she disagrees with? You can never assume that there is this monolithic belief that is universal throughout your employee base. And again, people can be discussing different political positions, but the end of the day boils down to your principles.
