Is a Carbon Take Back Obligation a Policy Approach?
It's an accounting system for keeping track what you take out of the ground and make sure that you put safely store as much back into the ground. Of course, does 't really have to be back in the same place now. It can be in another place. The important thing is that it's geologically permanently stored that kind of time. So geological carbon has to be offset by permanent storage. And i think a mineralization is also a good option.
