How to Improve Performance in Aging Athletes

As athletes start to age, often they'll move up a little bit in distance. But interestingly, athlete's ability to put out power on short hills doesn't necessarily seem to go down in the same way. So their output, their mechanical load, which is often most measured hills, can actually increase as you're expecting decreases in all these metrics and as the vioto number itself is decreasing.
