Science is increasingly showing that something called experiential avoidance, which is like basically avoiding our experienceis, is really kind of at the root of a lot of problems. And so when we settle sort of avoiding em experiencing our emotions and letting them be informants in our life, were sort of choosing like a lower dose of pain right now that's creating a long term dose of pain. Soand i just want to say, you know, i think some people are perfectionistic, and what they consider settling is not, you know what i'm saying? But i do think we all need to realize that we're stronger than we know and be our own, like, you know,. best friends
