How to Get to Sleep

We look at some ways that we can improve our sleep and make sure we're staying an sleep, so we're not waking up during those sleep cycles. One of the easiest ways you can do this is by having a dark room. No bright eleds in your room, no sunlight coming in under the curtains. Most sleep data suggest that you want a room around 65 degrees fahrenheit. You might needit a little bit warmer to actually get to sleep. I know my wife can't fall asleep if she's got cold feet.
