"I believe truly effective coaching has to happen on an ongoing basis and requires a longer-term commitment. My coaching and my approach to coaching is for people who are ready to make that commitment," he says. "For me, I do not for the most part have ongoing retainer clients." He adds: "The work I wanna do the high-level strategy stuff, in most cases, like I can get you where you need to go, I'm not doing it for you".
