How Mindfulness Shows Up for You on a Typical Day
Hakim: For me, mindfulness shows up in almost every aspect of my being. I remember a long time ago when I went to my dentist and we were talking about mindfulness. And he was saying, you know, you should treat your cleaning of your teeth as a meditation. Hakim: As a result of taking my time and being more mindful, I'm able to think about things that happen throughout the day.
