i practise very comprehensively, cause i understand that i don't know what has to be done. But honestly, like the past five athletes in the past two weeks or so, very leat runners, it's they've already pulled back all all their milage and they all have tendin problems. So when we talk about weny, got to be specific. That's where i'm giving exercises and i'm just loading them up. It s the concept ere is we can't.
