The Importance of Speculative Solutions for the Future of Community Behavior
IKEA is starting to see a similar thing where it's not necessarily about making a plan and sticking to it but making a plan that's flexible to all these emergent things while keeping an eye on where we'd like to go. Being really clear with your stakeholders or your clients or your participants that this is a speculation of why that's an important thing to do is really important. I think equipping people with the tool to read and respond to speculation is a major thing that's often skipped and I think that brings out the most value.
