Our brains are really bad at remembering the fine-grained details of what happens in our lives. And so, when you line up 10 witnesses or you line up five people who went to a meeting, this was actually about a meeting. This wasn't a criminal case. This was a civil case where it was all about what happened in these 10 seconds of meeting. After this meeting, when fraud was committed, was that because we talked about it?
