Creativity Is a Renewable Resource
I think a lot of times we create just for the sake of creating, which is beautiful and necessary to stay creative. But i also think when it comes down to strategic content, or content that you want to provide a result, you've got to start the creation process with the end in mind. It can be as simple as fimen meditation every day, or having a yogo practice, or taking a walk in nature. For me, it's a combination of guided meditations and being in nature.
