The Effects of Nitrogen on Veno Arteriolar Dilation
I've heard numbers thrown around between 80 and 100 mics per minute of nitro. What's your thoughts on that? I think it actually needs to be higher than that. And at least based on our data, it looks like you can give a 400 microgram bolus and get where you want to go. The Wilson and Levy papers showed decreased ICU utilization, they showed decreased intubation. So I think it's still a little bit of an open question as to what the optimal dose is.
